With deep sorrow, we honor the life and memory of Max Joseph Womack of Montville, Ohio, formerly of Mentor, whose passing on April 18, 2026, has left family, friends, and the wider community in mourning.
Max was a young man full of promise, determination, and passion. A proud graduate of Berkshire High School, Class of 2025, he pursued his love for automotive work with dedication and focus. He continued his education at Ohio Technical College, working toward becoming a master mechanic while gaining hands-on experience at Preston Chevy in Burton, Ohio. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to his craft earned him respect from colleagues and mentors alike.
Beyond his ambitions, Max was known for his kind and genuine nature. He built meaningful relationships wherever he went—whether in school, at work, or among friends and family. Those who knew him remember his sincerity, humility, and willingness to help others without hesitation. His presence brought energy and authenticity, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.
His passing has created a deep and painful void, especially for his family, who now face an unimaginable loss. The community continues to come together in support, sharing memories and offering comfort during this difficult time.
