The passing of Thomas “Jac” has been announced, with heartfelt tributes shared following his death on 9 April 2026 at the age of 25. He passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd on Alaw Ward, surrounded by his devoted family and close friends.
Jac was remembered as a deeply loved son of Sian and Bryan, a cherished partner and best friend to Aimee, and a caring big brother to Kira, Mia, Lia, and Noa. His warmth, humour, and constant support made him a central figure in the lives of those closest to him.
He was also a treasured grandson to Alun, Kev, Marilyn, and Michelle, and is now reunited with his late grandmother Sandra Parry. He is mourned as a beloved nephew, godson, and loyal friend to many, including Tracy, Arron, and Emma.
Those who knew Jac describe him as kind, loyal, and full of genuine spirit—someone who brought comfort, laughter, and positivity into every relationship. His presence left a lasting mark on family and friends alike.
A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at Llanbeblig Church, Caernarfon, followed by interment at Llanfairisgaer Cemetery, Y Felinheli.
Jac’s family has requested smart casual attire, with Liverpool F.C. colours welcome in his honour. Donations in his memory will support Ysbyty Gwynedd.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
