The community of Passadumkeag, Maine, is mourning the peaceful passing of Edmund “Jack” Bouchard, who died on April 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on March 5, 1951, in Lincoln, Maine, Jack was the son of Lawrence and Anita (King) Bouchard. He lived a full and meaningful life defined by family, dedication, and enduring love for those closest to him.
Jack shared 55 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Nancy (Eldridge) Bouchard, a bond that stood as the foundation of his life. Together, they built a family rooted in love, strength, and togetherness.
He is survived by his wife Nancy; his son Timothy and daughter-in-law Shawna of Nevada; and his cherished grandchildren Adrianna (Frankie), Natalie (Sandy), and Jaymee Lynn. He is also survived by his siblings Carlene (George) Gates, Bonnie Bouchard, Barbara (Darrell) Markie, Marie Jones, Geraldine Lovely, and Lawrence Bouchard, as well as sisters-in-law Sharon Porter and Bonnie Garceau.
Jack was predeceased by his sons James and Nathan of Passadumkeag; several siblings including Gerald and Paul Bouchard, Mary Jane Dube, and Pauline Tinkham; and his mother-in-law Vivian Boutin.
Those who knew Jack remember him as a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and a steady presence in the lives of his family. His legacy is carried forward through the generations he helped shape and the memories he leaves behind.
